I believe the quote is from "The Interior Castle" but I am not 100% sure about that. I was searching through a bunch of different webpages with quotes by Teresa of Avila, and it is the most common one associated with her, but I cannot find where it comes from. "The Interior Castle" is her most famous work, so I am assuming that is it's origin...but then again, you know what happens when you assume!!!
